Vegpods Ltd was established in summer 2009 following demand from a simple concept which evolved into what we now know as the ‘Vegpod’. Using the simple concept of raising the growing bed from ground level to waist height the Vegpod significantly reduces the strain on the back when planting or picking vegetables.

We use timber from sustainable resources which is FSC certified, the pressure treatment of the wood is done locally and also avoids any toxic chemicals which is also a good thing. All of our paper/card based marketing materials are printed on FSC certified materials and also use vegetable based inks and varnish.

The Vegpod Online Community is aimed towards bringing fellow gardeners and vegetable growers together to share their experience and encourage good quality home grown produce, from time to time we will be holding competitions for best veg, or best use of a Vegpod so get your Vegpod ordered and get planting!
